GDPR (General Data Protection Regulatory)

In accordance to the new General Data Protection Regulatory law which comes into effect on 25th May 2018, We have updated our privacy policy to reflect the changes we’ve made to strengthen your privacy rights. This forms part of our ongoing commitment to be transparent about how we use and protect your data.

Keeping your data safe is very important to us and will we continue to do so. The act will help provide greater protection for individuals by enhancing the obligations of firms who collect personal and sensitive data. The three main elements of this act are:

  • Greater transparency about when your data is being collected and how it will be used
  • Access to the data we hold about you
  • Increasing your rights to request the data we hold for you to be deleted

We would also like to assure our customers that we do not provide any third parties with your personal information without your prior consent.
